1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Seals must be intact.

  • Items must be in resealable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [customer support email].

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

4. How to Request a Return
